I am a freelance audio engineer and producer based in California. Having started writing and recording music from a young age, I released my first EP at the age of 14 and quickly became obsessed with recording, mixing, and manipulating audio. I often find myself preoccupied in the realms of music, songwriting, narrative audio, producing, and mixing. As an artist, I value raw emotional integrity, as well as sonic inadvertent intention. I like to build worlds that feel as direct as they do unquestionably natural. Whether I am helping a client speak through music or recite their oral histories, I believe that the quality of a recording is crucial to support my client’s agency and delivery. With a background in contemporary music, my musical perspective is riddled with electronic idiosyncrasies that are simultaneously influenced by pop tendencies.
I have an extensive background with experience in classical as well as pop and rock recordings, archival work, audio and visual editing, producing, songwriting, sound design, and film scoring. I love to work in all sonic fields, and am as comfortable recording in a control room as I am editing from home. I hold Bachelor’s of Music in Music Technology and Applied Composition from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music (‘22). Currently I am working as a staffed engineer at several studios across California.
